The Youth Crime Action Plan is a comprehensive, cross-government analysis of what further we need to do to tackle youth crime. It sets out a ‘triple track’ approach of enforcement and punishment where behaviour is unacceptable, non-negotiable support and challenge where it is most needed, and better and earlier prevention. It makes clear that we will not tolerate the behaviour of the minority which causes misery and suffering to others, especially their victims who, more often than not are other young people. People have a responsibility to obey the law if we are to deliver fairness and prosperity to all communities.

Like all Nu-Labour policies it requires that the people give up what little remains of their freedom, for some vague promise that is deliberately never going to be fulfilled. After all, how otherwise could the powers that be implement the final stages of their police state? The UK Govt have no intentions of dealing with real crime, and for the police its too much paperwork. The UK Govt think that Poll Licencers (Police) are better used in their role as revenue collectors for the state - and should go after joe public. After all, the people of the UK have been financing their own descent into an authoritarian hell, without question, for years.
