I found this book to be well written, concise and insightful. I particularly found his knowledge pertaining to the importance of managing and retaining valued employees to be spot on. I have been a Human Resources practitioner for over 25 years and feel that Michael Fina has given us a fresh concise road map to help recognize, retain and engage employees from their first day at work. Managing Employees is one of the best business books I have read in some time and it reinforces and sheds light on many critical aspects of successfully managing employees. I have recommended this book to my colleagues and to anyone looking to improve their management skills.
