Thank you! Do you have to pay to use letitbit.net or is it just that I can't figure out how to use the free service?

I think it's a ruse to recruit premium users. I too have never, ever, managed to download anything from Letitbit. It always tells me that my download limit has been reached!

Several months ago I emailed them to ask how I could have reached my download limit, when I haven't actually downloaded a single file. I am still awaiting their reply.
