More Michael Kofler “Linux. Installation, Konfiguration, Anwendung" Das Linux-Standardwerk neu überarbeitet: Auf dem neuesten Stand präsentiert Michael Kofler sein Linux. Installation, Konfiguration, Anwendung in der sechsten Auflage, dessen knapp 1.300 Seiten neben den bekannten Linux-Eigenschaften die aktuellen Entwicklungen und Erweiterungen des freien Betriebssystems für Anfänger und User zugänglich machen. Warum Koflers Wälzer trotz großer Konkurrenz über sechs Auflagen das viel gelobte Standardwerk für den Linux-Einsteiger geblieben ist, zeigt sich mit jeder Ausgabe aufs Neue: Es wird immer besser. Bei einem so umfangreichen Buch bleibt die Benutzerfreundlichkeit angesichts der Masse des Inhalts in der Regel leicht auf der Strecke -- nicht so bei Kofler, der vor allem die Zugänglichkeit der Linux-Materie an erste Stelle stellt.
