L'ingénierie de formation

Un ouvrage qui s'adresse à tous les acteurs de la formation en entreprise. Une synthèse sur l'élaboration du plan de formation, sa mise en œuvre, son suivi et son évaluation. Des clés pour aider l'entreprise à optimiser sa politique de formation à court et moyen termes. Des clés pour aider les différents acteurs à ancrer leur mission aux priorités stratégiques. La formation ne peut plus être considérée comme une seule activité, ni même comme une fin en soi. Il s'agit d'un moyen qui, pour être pleinement utilisé, est découpé en plusieurs parties : prévoir et analyser des besoins ; construire des actions en fonction d'un plan ; puis réaliser et enfin évaluer. Cette démarche globale, qui s'appelle " l'ingénierie de formation ", consiste donc à élaborer le plan de formation par étapes successives, dans les meilleures conditions possibles, tout en tenant compte des différents acteurs intervenant dans le dispositif, puis de le mettre en œuvre, de le suivre et de l'évaluer. Mais, pour en arriver à une définition plus actuelle et opératoire, il a fallu intégrer l'approche compétence. C'est la démarche que nous propose l'auteur tout au long de cet ouvrage.
