All trainee teachers in England and Wales have to sit numeracy, literacy and ICT skills tests in order to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) which permits them to continue or start teaching. This book concentrates on the mathematics part of the test, targeting candidates who feel they have weak numeracy skills. "How to Pass the QTS Numeracy Skills Test" starts at a low level and includes a diagnostic test, a maths review, mental and general arithmetic practice, and revision of statistics.
