More Albert Karer - Optimale Prozessorganisation im IT-Management: Ein Prozessreferenzmodell für die Praxis Die Optimierung der Prozessorganisation in IT-Unternehmungen und IT-Organisationen ist seit Ende der 1990er Jahre ein Dauerbrenner. Für die Definition der in einer IT-Organisation benötigten Prozesse liegen eine Vielzahl von Basisinformationen vor. Wie diese Prozesse aber innerhalb einer IT-Organisation strukturiert werden, welche Schnittstellen zu berücksichtigen sind, wie die Prozesse verknüpft sind, und wie sich die gesamte Prozessstruktur im Zusammenhang präsentiert, muss jedoch für jede IT-Organisation neu erarbeitet werden. Hier setzt das vorliegende Buch an und entwickelt auf der Grundlage vieler Praxisprojekte für ein hypothetisches IT-Unternehmen unter Berücksichtigung von ITIL ein detailliertes Musters eines Prozessmodells, das als Vorlage für die eigene Konzeption verwendet werden kann. Kernstück des Buches ist eine beigelegte Großgrafik, die rund 75 Prozesse und ihre Verknüpfungen darstellt. Das Buch schließt damit auch die Lücke bei der Detailsicht auf die Prozesse einer IT-Organisation. or
