Simonet provides detailed instruction in all the critical skills of combative wing chun, including body position and stance, footwork, rapid-fire straight punching, combat trapping and the proper methods of executing wing chun’s most effective blocks. To provide an effective training structure, he teaches these movements as repetitive drills first on the mook jong (wooden dummy), then with a training partner and finally in full-speed, full-contact sparring scenarios. This complete video course presents more than a dozen drills that include all of wing chun’s most effective techniques. It also teaches you the secrets of linking and combing these drills both on the mook jong and with a partner to create your own wooden dummy forms as well as your own explosive expression of wing chun fighting technique.
