There are more acts in affairs of Swiss hard rock, which you could honor. Singer „Oliver Fehr“ and his „Transit“ would already be a candidate. „Heartcore“ got issued at K-Tel Records in 1991 and in good days you even find the specimen in an online sharing stock. „Heartcore“ is the second album of „Transit“, the firstling comes from the year 88 and calls itself „Dirty Pleasure“.

Well, you can’t here talk about a mega hit, but the Swiss have developed a solid album with their second disk, which counts as cult disk in some countries. I want come more in the songs of „Heartcore“, which sometimes go really well into the ear. The CD starts with the opener „Suicide Queen“, doesn’t sound twisted, exact like „Don’t Give it Up“ and the half ballad „New Generation“. Confessed, the chorus of „New Generation“ is some childish, otherwise it’s alright. My fave is quite clear the catchy song „Need my Number“, in this time there was a clip to this one. Well, „Need my Number“ really wakes memories and blows up party atmosphere, here you have created a damn ace catchy tune without doubt, excellent!! „Mr. Big Blow“ rocks off mighty, cool hookline and the counterpart to the weaker „Paganini“ song „Mister Big Mouth“. It goes along with the AOR banger „Can’t Hide“, which let the shack cook. Essential, „Transit“ have done everything left on „Heartcore“ and nevertheless they never made it to a big public degree in Switzerland. Sure, the band was an idea at the real hard rock fans, but this doesn’t reach wide in Switzerland and the whole big success stayed out. „Heartcore“ lives of the shaking sound, which goes under the skin, no 08/15 melodes, otherwise with sing songs in size of „No Surrender“, simple ace.
