There is some overlap in the two books in that the discussion on terrorism centers on the threat posed by illegal immigrants, especially those from the Middle East. Topics in Immigration include the limits of legal immigration, the dilemma of illegal immigration, and English as the official language of the U.S. Ruschmann addresses anti-terror laws, human rights and terrorism, and preemptive wars on terrorism. Boxed questions are interspersed throughout both books, followed by detailed answers.
