Following feedback from many people regarding tape hiss and poor listenability of studio chat sections, the opening of some songs have been treated with minor hiss reduction.

This has been done at very low level, and only on certain frequencies using 'Algorithmix' Industry Standard Software, to ensure that the original audio was not compromised.

Nothing has been lost (the Helter Skelter policy) during this process - only minor hiss removed for better listenability on studio chat.

No NR has been applied to any music elements - in accordance with BTB policy.

Update Notes

This is essentially an upgraded version of this whole album, with several additions, and also one track in much upgraded quality.

Many of the levels have been corrected from the original release, meaning the overall sound of the album is much better.

Delete your old copy, this one is much improved!

Also, Track 24 on Disc 2 (Besame Mucho) has a cleaned up ending making it easier to hear the change in the edit.

There's A Place Sessions

These recordings are the bane of this collection, with some pretty terrible tape hiss.

Therefore as part of this upgrade I am also offering a hiss reduced version of these sessions.

Again, these have been treated with a very small amount of 'Algorithmix' hiss reduction; but in this case the whole recording - for a cleaner, more listenable There's a Place session.

On close examination (and on listening to the removed elements) it seems that almost nothing has been lost as a result of this process - as only a tiny amount of hiss reduction was used in this process, however I have also included the original, NR free files, for historic reference.

I have also included a Remastered version of the 2 tracks from the '1,2,3,4!' Tape, these have been EQd (the only tracks on the album to have this) to improve the overall sound.

You can therefore decide between original and remastered versions of these 2 historic songs.
