Note release:

The track titles in this post have been edited for compatibility. This means that I have shortened the track titles considerably. It also means that I have removed certain characters, such as apostrophes, that sometimes don't translate from my Mac to Windows boxes. In the case of track titles, I try to list the first and last song in the track. If a track begins or ends with dialogue, it's ignored in the title. Some longish song titles may be abbreviated (e.g. TLAWR = The Long And Winding Road).

WARNING: Volume 17 has problems!

Okay, there's my disclaimer. I have two copies of this. As noted earlier, both copies of Volume 17 Disc 2 Track 4 begin with numerous errors and it never gets much better. You can hear microphone problems on other volumes, but those are definitely in the source recordings. This one goes skippity flippity poop and you just know it's not a problem inherent in the Nagra tape. The thing is, a generous soul here went out of his way to share his copy of all tracks on the disc and...same thing! He/she also related that they had downloaded this more than once and all discs contained the same errors. The good news is that there's nothing on 17-2 but playbacks, so all the original performances are likely available on other AB volumes in much better quality. That doesn't help those who are keen on figuring out what anyone is talking about during the playbacks, of course. I don't recommend downloading this disc. If you do, I don't recommend listening to it.
