Thanks JohnB for posting this wonderful book.

I first read it soon after it was published and have forgotten most of it, except for one story I will never forget and which comes back to me many times. It starts on p.158 with the sentence "I would like to share with you a personal story which I feel contains the essence of this book." As they say, it takes two to tango, but what a dance can result!
