Gaining control involves taking deliberate and positive steps. The first step is tod oarealistic assessment of your budget. If you haven & 8216;tsetupabudget, now is the time to begin. Seethe FIRST Budget Worksheet. Knowing what money is coming in (income) and what money is going out (spending) is critical in order to knowhow and where to begin taking steps to fixt hep roblem.
