More Diese Studie untersucht Texte der klassischen Moderne - Bausteine einer ,visionären' Poetologie -, die zum einen an eine idealistische Erinnerungspoetik anknüpfen, zum anderen eine neue Tradition schaffen. Rilkes und Benjamins Erinnerungspoetiken sowie Musils dichterisch und essayistisch formulierte Erkenntniskritik werden u.a. im Lichte von Marcel Prousts Erinnerungstheorie betrachtet. Der Totalitätsanspruch, der den hier aufgespürten Visionen ,dichterischen Mündigwerdens' zu Grunde liegt, und das Telos, das diese entwickeln, werden kritisch beleuchtet.
