Of course it is the most satisifying strategy to have ALL ur ducks in a row ALL quacking to the same pitch! However, in the many cases I have filed against (mostly) government, pigs, judges, etc. I consider it a 'win' when u realize that ur only investment is some time, knowledge, printer ink and paper. Even when u might get ur case tossed u cost them TENS OF THOUSANDS of $$$$$$$$$$$! u see, they abide by the philosophy to not b their own 'liar'. The cost of their defense can b considered as a 'win' in that sense. Attack often n' bankrupt ur enemy.
