Among its unique features are orthographic globe projections to eliminate confusion in vector drawings; discussions of common data anomalies, data validation, attitude hardware, and associated mathematical models; and a presentation of new geometrical procedures for mission analysis and attitude accuracy studies which can eliminate many complex simulations.

Rating: 5 Provides the only text I have seen on quaternion math and its relation to more traditional attitude matrices and Euler dynamics. The presentation allows algorithm generation without too much fuss, and it is rigorous but not to a fault. Definitely graduate level reference material for practicing ACS engineers. I have found it indispensable.
