More This book is easy to read, practical, and full of useful information. It starts with a background to nutrition and exercise during pregnancy and follows through with the changes that take place after delivery and how to restore your weight - and your shape - with sensible eating habits and exercise. It is written in full knowledge that the new mother has limited time slots in which to look after herself, and I found it invaluable. I only wish I had discovered this book for my first pregnancy!
