Summary: Excelent book to teach or to learn English phonetics Rating: 5 I have found this book very clear and easy to follow by anyone wishing to improve his English pronunciation. The examples and exercises are excellent, specially the contrast ones. The explanations and practices about stress and intonation are very useful and easy to understand. This book was given to me without the tapes which I have not been able to get. I am sure that these tapes are a necessary complement to this book.
