Nitro is a Canadian action film, released in 2007. Directed by Alain Desrochers, the film stars Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge as Max, a former drag racer who is forced to return to his criminal past when his girlfriend (Myriam Tallard) requires a heart transplant. The film also stars Lucie Laurier as Morgane, a female drag racer who assists Max in his quest to locate a suitable organ for his girlfriend's surgery.

Trying desperately to find a new heart for his dying wife Alice (Myriam Tallard), Max (Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge) reconnects with his old life, old friends and old habits of driving really, really fast. Stumbling instantly in a sea of trouble, he rapidly finds himself stuck between the police and the organized crime. His decision will change his life in ways he could never have imagined.

Tips to watch subtitle .SUB and .IDX format :

VLC Media Player:

1. Keep all the files (.avi, .sub & .idx) in the same folder

2. Play normally with VLC media player , go to VIDEO on top of VLC and choose SUBTITLE TRACK at the dropdown menu and select the appropriate subtitle .

ConverXtoDVD:

1. “Add” the .AVI file from the movie folder into the ConvertXtoDVD (the .IDX and .SUB file extensions should follow automatically providing all of them have the same exact file name). For non techie : FILE-NAME.FILE-EXTENSION

2. “Convert” and “Burn” normally

3. Use the button on your DVD or the remote control to select the appropriate subtitle for your viewing.
