More Helclac, "NeuroLogic" Inhalt: Leary geht davon aus, dass es analog zur Entwicklung eines Schmetterlings, der sich von einer larvalen Raupe bis zum fertigen Insekt entwickelt, auch beim Menschen eine phasenweise Entwicklung des Gehirns gibt. Er unterscheidet 7 Stadien der Entwicklung, die ich hier nur kurz aufliste: - Der bio-vegetative Schaltkreis (Sicherheit im Raum) - Der Erregungs-Fortbewegung Schaltkreis (Freiheit im Raum) - Der mental-manipulative Schaltkreis (Dexterität im Raum) - Der Sexual-Sozial Schaltkreis (Elternschaft & Kinderaufzucht) - Der Entzückungs-Schaltkreis (beteiligt an der Körper-Zeit) - Der Extase-Schaltkreis (beteiligt an der neurologischen Zeit) - Der Neuro-genetische Schaltkreis (Lebens-Zeit der Spezies) Obwohl dieses 7-Phasen Modell der Neuro-Evolutionstheorie bis heute zu 8 Phasen konkretisiert (nicht erweitert) wurde, und es mittlerweile bessere Bücher zum Verständniss dieser Phasen gibt, ist Timothy Leary´s Essay bis heute ein Klassiker, weil niemand je seinen Humor in der Beschreibung übertroffen hat!
