More The book discusses the pros and cons of the most common CBA and IA techniques at length and makes some good points. However, it becomes unclear when it discusses the CAPM and one of its extensions failing to provide both literature references and realistic examples of how this technique can be applied in the real world. In summary it provides a good review of the advantages and disatvantages of CBA and IA techniques in terms of risk and TVM evaluation but little else.
