Dysfonctionnements et interventions dans les organisations sont ici abordés dans une double perspective théorique et professionnelle et sont analysés à la lumière des modèles de la psychologie sociale clinique et de la psychopathologie. Ancré dans la réalité des milieux professionnels actuels, cet ouvrage poursuit deux objectifs. Le premier est de décrire une série de dysfonctionnements individuels et organisationnels qui exacerbent le sentiment de détresse psychologique et détériorent le climat de l'entreprise.
