I made a 26.5 Mb pdf version of book for myself, since I don's see why I should keep two hundred 300 dpi scans of book pages on my hdd (you can't even read them at 100% zoom unless you have a 35" monitor :-)) so if anyone is interested in this pdf version, let me know so I can upload it.

Of course, I mean no offense to the original uploader(s)with this "shrinking" of their upload!!
