More Jazz | Label Wounded Bird Records (WOU 3876), 2004 Jaco Pastorius has a reputation as one of the all time great jazz bass players, most notable of which is his stint with Weather Report. Sadly, in 1987 he passed away at the young age of 35. He did leave behind some great jazz music, of which the album Invitation is a fine example.
