More By Jak P. Mallmann Showell For anybody that's interested in the history of U-Boats, or the U-Boat war in general, then this is a must have book. The book covers a subject that is rarely found in books, that being the planning, construction and use of the massive U-Boat bunkers that were found not only in Germany, but also in the country's that were occupied by the German war machine. The book goes on to document their use, individual history and what is left to be seen today. The comprehensive narrative is backed up by a very interesting collection of photograph's taken not only from the U-Boat archive, but also includes some interesting photo's showing their present day use.
