Badly scanned copy!!! The cover image is the most perverse. Book kept on a table and snapped with a camera. It is really infuriating when you find all this out after a 125 MB of download. Shame!

Thanks for the warning! Thanks to the up-loader too, but if it's too bad then it's not worth uploading IMO :)

At least it could and should be mentioned that this is not a "text" but an "image" PDF. But then not too many would download the file - a classic uploader's dilemma ;)
