Module 2: Installing and Configuring ESX

This module walks you through the installation of ESX 3.5 using media disks such as a CD-ROM, Scripted install using NAS and other network resources. We also talk about post installation tweaks and configurations. This module also includes a manual upgrade from ESX 3.5 to ESX 3.5 Update 1

Module 3: Configuring and Managing Virtual Networking

Virtual networking is one of the coolest concepts in virtualization and in this module we take a road trip and tackle all the features and concepts that the VMware Infrastructure offers

Module 4: Configuring and Managing Storage

Module 9: Managing Host & Virtual Machine Resources

A virtual environment is all about Resource management. The more resources are available the better your VMs and your hosts will perform. In this module we tackle resource pools, clusters, VMotion, Distributed Resource Clusters or DRS and Distributed Power Management or DPM.
