More Thomas Kahler, Stefan Werner “Electronic Banking und Datenschutz: Rechtsfragen und Praxis" Das Buch behandelt Rechtsfragen des elektronischen Geschäftsverkehrs und des Datenschutzes in der Kreditwirtschaft. Schwerpunkte bilden neben Fragen der rechtlichen Gestaltung von Verträgen des Electronic-Banking haftungs- und beweisrechtliche Probleme sowie die Bedeutung des Datenschutzes und des Bankgeheimnisses insbesondere für das Privatkundensegment von Kreditinstituten. In einem ersten Teil werden die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für Bankgeschäfte über Fernabsatzmedien anhand der von der deutschen Kreditwirtschaft angebotenen Verfahren dargestellt. Der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich besonders mit dem Zusammenwirken von Datenschutz und Bankgeheimnis als Grundlage des Datenschutzes in der Bank.
