While I absolutely disagree with those who deny that the Nazi's sought a "final solution" to rid the world of Jews and other "undesirables," I simply cannot support ANYONE who seeks to limit a full and free exchange of information and opposing viewpoints.

It means nothing to protect freedom of speech and thought if all we seek to protect is speech and thought we agree with.

If what I believe is true than there is no fear to expose it to debate and discussion. If my facts and thoughts hold up then fine, if they do not, however, then will i allow myself to examine my ideologies and change them based upon the introduction of information I was not previously aware of?

Whenever i feel threatened by an opposing thought or opinion I try to honestly ask myself why.

It is true that stupid people will easily be led astray by lies and falsehoods, and many will NOT seek out truth if it requires questioning their cherished ideologies, but I trust no one who seeks to decide for me what I should be allowed to read or not read. So while I fully disagree with the "findings" of such books as this one (and others recently posted) I find it very disturbing - and far more "fascist" in nature - that some would seek to prevent people from examining the challenges and deciding for themselves the truth of the matter.
