For its time, it was considered one of the premier rock & roll box sets ever released. This is the 4CD box set with some of the best David Bowie music ever. The 4th disc featured a laserdisc portion of the video "Ashes To Ashes", and since there is not a way to do a digital transfer of it, you get to hear just the audio of it, so for those of you who preferred the video edit of the song, here it is in pristine form. Later pressings of the box set did not have the laserdisc portion.
