More Since the liberalization of the German electricity market in the late 1990s to compete for retail electricity suppliers. If electricity provider wish to survive in the market, they must win and retain customers. This requires deep knowledge of consumer behavior is needed. Jörg Henseler examines what factors determine whether a consumer changes its electricity. The author gives an overview of the recent research on the changing Ver keep customers in the electricity market and in comparable markets and leads from existing theories, hypotheses on the direct and moderating effects from the changing behavior of consumers. The conceptual model, he checked with the PLS path modeling and forward recommendations for action from him, both for providers in the attacker-off and in the defender position. DOWNLOAD
