第二部分：“思想的长城——孔子学说”，系统地归纳了孔子的哲学偷、政治、教育和经济思想。

第六部分：“理想的管理——现代儒家管理思想与应用”，具体地把儒家思想应用于现代管理。把儒家思想与现代管理相结合。儒家崇“礼”，提倡“忠”与“信”。主张以礼待人，以诚待人；主张上级对下级以“礼”，下级对下级以“忠”。这些人际关系的协调，上下级合作关系的处理，莫不与现代管理的原则一致。
