More Kurzbeschreibung In Fortführung und Ergänzung zu Band I werden wichtige Bereiche des europäischen und öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts ergänzt und vertieft. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf den europäischen und internationalen Verflechtungen des Wirtschaftsrechts. Den Studierenden wird in leicht lesbarer und verständlicher Weise ein Einblick unter anderem in folgende Bereiche geboten: das Produktrecht, das Recht der Informationsgesellschaft, der Rechtsschutz im Rahmen der Europäischen Union und der EMRK, das Recht der europäischen Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion sowie neue Entwicklungen des Budgetrechts, das Recht der WTO und des völkerrechtlichen Investitionsschutzes sowie das Außenwirtschaftsrecht der EU. Ergänzend dazu werden in einer Gesamtschau rechtliche Aspekte der Globalisierung beleuchtet. Mit Hilfe von konkreten Fallbeispielen und übersichtlichen Graphiken werden Zusammenhänge und Verbindungen der einzelnen Rechtsbereiche aufgezeigt; „Merkkästchen" und Wiederholungsfragen sollen insbesondere die Prüfungsvorbereitung erleichtern. no more mirrors
