Enki Bilal a choisi, apr¨¨s avoir termin¨¦ sa trilogie, La Foire aux Immortels / La Femme Pi¨¨ge / Froid ¨¦quateur, de creuser plus en profondeur ce qui n'avait ¨¦t¨¦ qu'esquiss¨¦ jusque l¨¤, c'est ¨¤ dire l'histoire d'amour entre Nikopol et Jill Bioskop. Bleu Sang est un livre hybride, plus tout ¨¤ fait BD, plut?t de l'illustration. Et quelles illustrations ! Entre dessins ¨¤ peine termin¨¦s et planches atmosph¨¦riques, on se sent plong¨¦ dans cet univers fascinant, liquide et froid. On peut avoir l'impression d'observer ces sc¨¨nes ¨¤ travers l'eau croupie des sentiments, entour¨¦e de gaz rares ou de brume. L'ensemble est accompagn¨¦ de quelques pages de textes, pens¨¦es, aphorismes comme : "Le poseur de bombes photographe h¨¦site sur le temps de pause" ou "Le sommeil de Jill est d'autant plus profond qu'elle fait le r¨ºve de dormir".

On est intrigu¨¦ par la pr¨¦sence d'Horus, qui occupe le corps de Nikopol, sorte de double un peu D¨¦moniaque, qui est trop souvent pr¨¦sent semble t'il dans certains moments. L'¨¦motion nous saisit lorsque l'on voit ces deux ¨ºtres s'aimer ; leur beaut¨¦ est majestueuse et path¨¦tique. Une solitude semble environner ce couple, s'y immiscer. Pour s'aimer il leur faut s'¨¦vader de cette foule de deux personnes. Bleu comme les cheveux de Jill - Sang comme la passion liant Nikopol et Jill.
