While concentrating on each culture’s unique history and customs, Ancient Civilizations: Almanac also highlights the similarities between cultures that existed thousands of years—and sometimes thousands of miles—apart from each other. very good! thank you! Thank you, Anjer. Sadly, the books are dangerously shallow (for US students, from whom too little is expected). Instead of the photos in the books, the pages have black boxes. Still, better than nothing. A big book on Ancient Egypt was offered on Avax before (British Museum volume). I will upload "Our Oriental Heritage", an audiobook (set of 52 .MP3 tracks) to: More titles there, and more to follow.
