More Excellent book for notaries - new and veteran. Chapters include basic notary principles and also advanced notarial procedures. I especially liked the chapters on affidavits, depositions, last wills and testaments, and civil marriage ceremonies. The author's anecdotes derived from his expert witness testimony are very helpful. The illustrations are helpful to understand the concepts. Piombino writes in a manner that is easily understandable by lay notaries, yet appropriate for attorney notaries. The bibliography is one of the most extensive for notary-related books. Case citations will be helpful for legal research. Cyber-Notary will be helpful for people looking to understand electronic notarization procedures. This book is one that every American notary and attorney should have on their desk!
