Work on the offered book has been begun in 1939 and in 1940 in magazine ?The Theory and physical training practice? have been published detailed theses of its first parts. The Great Patriotic War has interrupted preparation of this book for printing. Last year wars the author has anew written all text, having subjected to its radical processing, considerably having specified and having filled up with new materials. Extraction from the central part of the book (the theory of levels of construction of movements) in a short form was published in 1945 in the collection ?Movement and activity?. In parallel with it the author has included the popularised statement of bases of the theory of coordination of movements in ?the Textbook of physiology for high schools on physical training? under the editorship of the prof. M.Marshak (1946).
