Craig C. Douglas is Professor of Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering and Associate Director of the left for Computational Sciences at the University of Kentucky. He is also Senior Research Scientist of Computer Science at Yale University. Gundolf Haase is a Professor at the Institute of Computational Mathematics at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria. Ulrich Langer is Head of the Institute of Computational Mathematics at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria.
