More A Copland Celebration Vol 1 2 CDs | EAC FLAC (CUE + separate files) LOG | 654MB, 3% recovery On this recording Copland conducts himself on a must have definitive recording. Troughout the music seems enlarged as compared with other conductors for the same pieces but it shines on Appalachian Spring. By the end of disc 2 we find a 17' of rehersal of Appalachian Spring, pretty cool one. With a festive tint his music seems to represent that "American Spirit" tinted by the new world experience of the newcomers. Disc: 1 1. 1. Buckaroo Holiday 2. 2. Corral Nocturne 3. 3.
