《》，1卷，为金·刘完素所撰。书约成于1152年。本书主要针对《素问·至真要大论》中的病机十九条，分析、整理、发挥、归纳为五运主病(肝木、心火、脾土、肺金、肾水)和六气主病(风、热、湿、火、燥、寒)共十一条病机。《素问·至真要大论》中的病机十九条原为一百七十六字，现演为二百七十七字，逐条逐证进行注释阐发，并提出相应治疗原则。该书是中医病机学说的重要著作，书中以大量篇幅论述了“热”和 “火”的病证、病机，反映了刘完素的寒凉派学术思想。
