作者简介

易竹贤，男，湖南湘乡人，1935年生，笔名楚汛。1961年毕业于武汉大学中文系，1952年参加工作，历任湘乡新铺完小教员、教导主任，邵阳专署教育科干事，武汉大学中文系讲师、副教授、教授。

他是湖北省文联第四届委员，武汉市作家协会第一、二、三届理事，湖北省鲁迅研究会第一届理事、副会长、第二届会长，中国鲁迅研究会第三、四、五、六届理事，中国现代文学学会第五、六、七届理事。

1976年开始发表作品，1990年加入中国作家协会。著有《鲁迅思想研究》、《胡适传》、《胡适与现代中国文化》、《胡适》、《胡适·江冬秀》、《论鲁迅前期思想》（合作）、《修辞知识》，论文《评“五四”时期的鲁迅胡适》等。

《鲁迅思想研究》获1984年武汉大学优秀科研成果二等奖，《胡适传》获1987年武汉大学优秀科研成果一等奖、1989年湖北省社会科学优秀成果一等奖、1988年中南优秀图书奖和中国图书奖荣誉奖。
