《西湖二集》三十四卷，周楫编纂，原刊于崇祯年间。据田汝成《西湖游览志》及《西湖游览志余》等书编成，叙述与西湖有关的传说故事。其中《巧妓佐夫成名》写一个机智的妓女帮一个穷酸书生利用社会弊端诓财窃势的故事，颇有讽刺意味；《月下老错配本属前缘》写宋代女诗人朱淑真嫁夫丑愚、忧郁而死，反映了旧时“才女”的不幸。《西湖二集》有各种类型的故事，内容丰富，又多涉及杭城民俗，富有生活气息，故为人们所喜爱。
