More Андрей Низовский "Русские форменные пуговицы 1797-1917 гг." Предлагаемая вниманию читателей книга является первым в отечественной историографии опытом обращения к теме русских мундирных пуговиц. Форменные пуговицы представляют собой важный исторический источник, а их массовость и разнообразие давно сделали их популярным предметом коллекционирования. Оформление пуговицы - ее цвет (белый или желтый металл) и отчеканенное на ней изображение (или его отсутствие) - несло лаконичную, но чрезвычайно четкую, детализированную информацию о принадлежности носителя мундира к определенному ведомству или его подразделению, роду оружия, воинской части или команде, государственной или частной организации. Разнообразие изображений на пуговицах определялось разнообразием этих служб, их созданием, деятельностью и ликвидацией. Таким образом, история мундирных пуговиц самым тесным образом связана с историей гражданских, военных и сословных учреждений дореволюционной России, их организацией и функционированием. Книга адресована широкому кругу читателей - историкам, коллекционерам, художникам-реставраторам и всем, кто интересуется историей гражданского и военного мундира в России. | |
