1 Ziel: "Interkulturelle Kompetenz"

3 methodische Säulen "Wissen – Erfahrung – Erleben"

Theoretische Inputs (Wissen): Im Vordergrund steht die Interaktion zwischen Menschen, die bei der – meist unbewussten - Bewertung anderer eine Schlüsselrolle spielt.

Moderierter Erfahrungsaustausch (Erfahrung): Die Teilnehmer lernen von ihren unterschiedlichen kulturellen Wurzeln und interkulturellen Erfahrungen.
